Faculty Relationships Profile (Password protected) Summary information on funding awards made to a UC Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator. Also summary information on the technology transfer agreements and invention dislosures for a UC inventor.  

Company/UC Relationships Profile (Password protected) Summary information on all research and technology transfer relationships between UC and a company of interest.

Systemwide Master Agreements

Master agreement document copies, and guidance on their implementation.
UC Start-ups (Password protected) Searchable database of firms founded to develop University of California inventions.   Non-Profit and State Agency Guidance, Terms and Conditions
Equity Holdings (Password protected) Listing of companies in which UC has accepted equity under a licensing-related transaction. Basic transaction information provided.   Change Management System (Password protected) A system to report problems or bugs, request changes to existing applications, and user access changes or additions.
OTT Citrix Farm (Password protected).
