This page is intended as an informational supplement to assist campuses in the submission of Two-Year Performance Goals Statements to UCOP. The Goals Statements are part of regular campus reporting of data to UCOP for the purposes of planning and accountability, and were requested by President Yudof on May 17, 2010.
The template for preparing the Goals Statements has been extended to accommodate other routine reporting required by UCOP at different points throughout the year: for example, in support of enrollment planning, the President’s review of campus budgets and revenues, academic program planning, and the University’s diversity policy. The aim in developing this expanded template is two-fold:
